KYLE is amazing! He is the reason my family gets our prescriptions from Giant Pharmacy. He is very courteous, professional, and goes above and beyond for the patient. I just wish all the employees were trained the same way.

I have been a very loyal customer for 18 plus years. Now that we are in a critical situation, I turned to you for my food. I am in my seventies and am not going into stores. So I looked to Peapod, only to find there are no deliveries dates available for the foreseeable future. How is this helping me? I cannot come in your store and I cannot get any food. What am I to do?

Jim, Tiffany, Kyle and Sarah are the best & have been nothing more than totally amazing at their jobs! I absolutely LOVE the pharmacy here and their employees. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a place that will go the extra mile for you and answer every single question that you have - without a hesitation. They’re nothing short of fantastic, polite, and helpful... every time I have been here. An awesome team overall. Period.

As long as you have Kyle there no problem. He goes above and beyond to help, especially for the elderly. However, the ladies there are complete opposite; they seem to not know what they're doing and if they do anything it's the bare minimum. As far as customer service you'll be pushed to the side with those ladies. Best to wait for Kyle or Jim.
