Excellent customer service! Got a phone call the next day after my doctor prescribed - and they rushed my order to me. I'm very impressed!nnUpdate 6 months later...they continue to be quite customer-centric and timely in filling my orders. Still highly recommend.

This Pharmacy's staff are extremely Kind and efficient. usually you lose one of those qualities for the other but not here. Every interaction i have had on the phone with the staff has been exceptional without fail. I always hang up saying to my wife that is how you do customer service. Such is much rarer than it should be. and not only answering y questions but actually offering solutions I have not even thought of. Sometimes (most times) customer service is happy just to get you off the phone. That is why this place is the exception but should be the rule. Please keep up the exceptional work. It is a sign of good leadership when staff treat thier customers with kindness

Akina has the best customer service. They stay on top of my prescription for me and proactively reach out to my doctor when it's time for a refill. I've been with them for years and have never had a single issue come up. 5 stars all the way, for Akina Pharmacy.

It was nice to actually interact with a human versus push this or that. The rep was very personable and walked me quickly and efficiently through my order-no please hold while check on something. I wish all business interactions were like this one.

Akina Pharmacy has been my go to pharmacy for the past 2 years. They are efficient and quick in getting my medication at a moments notice and at a great price. I could not be happier because I have the friendly people at Akina who have my back when I needed them.
