My husband and I got married on 11/30/2019 in Front Royal and hired VA rides for guest transportation from the hotel to the venue and then back again. Alan made it SO easy for us to book and the driver was wonderful. All of our guests felt safe and were so grateful to have transportation so they could indulge in the party. The bus was very clean and was exactly what Alan had promised me it would be. I would definitely recommend this company to couples planning their wedding! Their pricing was affordable, and Alan was very responsive and patient in answering my thousands of questions.
We unfortunately had a catastrophic experience with Virginia Rides for our wedding transportation. They were extremely difficult to contact during the planning process, and were near impossible to get on the phone. This culminated on the day of the wedding, when absolutely no buses showed up. Many frantic phone calls later mere hours before the ceremony, nobody was reachable at this company until the subsequent Monday for any assistance of any kind. While they refunded our deposit afterwards, we incurred a great deal of extra expense from last minute attempts at procuring transport. Their mistakes were plentiful throughout the process, and the system they have in place is highly prone to mistakes such as the one that occurred on our wedding day. They were our worst vendor, and I would not recommend using their services.
