Great parking for the trail, no restrooms at this location but are available towards the west one the trail. Very enjoyable path

During the summer and on busy days there are not enough parking spots. The lot should be expanded to twice the current size to handle the summer crowds. I Wii say that it is a great improvement over the old gravel parking lot that a couple hundred yards to the east and was accessed off rte 28.nnAlso, the park authority should add a restroom building here. Some people seem to change into their cycling/running gear in their cars and i am sure many would find it nice to have toilets at the site.nnWith regards to maintenance and facilities, there are other trails I've been to around the country that are 4 and 5 stars in comparison to the W&OD, hence the 3 star rating. And, those better trails aren't even in rich counties/cities like Loudoun, Fairfax, Falls Church and Arlington.
