We hired two companies to complete our painting projects. The first hired was good but when we called them back to do what they have completed it was a challenge.nnWe then moved to CertaPro - Wow! What a thorough estimate...we can't even share enough positive good words about the entire team from CertaPro. Susie Stout dedicates herself to the most comprehensive review of the work and the scope of what was requested.nnOn the day of job - the team arrived early and eager to start. Jose was our team lead and Levi was our project lead. Mid morning on the first day of a two day project Hans - stopped by to be sure everything was going well. CertaPro - stays engaged.nnWe had a call back from some simple touch up's after carpet install. This company is service focused and provides customer service that every customer desires.nnPlease consider CertaPro when getting estimates for painting projects.
I had some deck rails that had become rotten and needed to be replaced for both cosmetic and safety reasons. Needed the deck and stairs painted as well as my two bay windows. Last, I had a drywall seam that had opened up on my family room ceiling.nThey came over, did all the repairs, then did the painting. Looks great. They were clean, left the place in better shape than what they found it, and everything was completed to a level beyond my expectations.
We were very pleased with the work that Certa-Pro did at our home recently. The crew was on time, courteous, very careful, and efficient. Everyone we worked with at Certa-Pro was responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our finished product. We absolutely would recommend them to others.
This was our second project with CertaPro, and everything was seamless. Renzo did a wonderful job removing ancient wallpaper, placing new mud and smoothing, and beautiful painting. We are thankful for your high quality and professional team. Would use again!
We had CertaPro Painters of Loudoun paint our exterior trim as well as repair a number of places where the trim had rotted. Overall we were very satisfied with the detail of original estimate, which allowed us to compare accurately with several other paint companies, and the resulting quality of work. They were very responsive, and quickly resolved a few issues that occurred during the painting. I would definitely recommend using them again.
