It was my first time on a United Club lounge in 2019. I had a nice time during a long connection, I did not need the bar so I can't say if prices are high. Fruit and salad bar were fresh, cheese was delicious as well as sweet treats. The assortment of teas and Illy coffee was a great choice.
If I could rate this lounge 0 stars I would. We were flying business class, but still had to pay $60 each to gain entry. They told us there were light snacks and drinks available. That meant bags of pretzels and Coors Light were free. If you want anything “premium” you are going to pay for it. $5 for a Blue Moon or IPA and $12 for any cocktail with anything but their house liquor. When I tried to go out to get some real food they said outside food was not allowed. So for $120 you can drink a Coors light, eat some pretzels, and charge your phone. Stay FAR AWAY from this rip off!!

Worst lounge and worst airlines ever!nLounge was hard to locate.nThe staff were very rude and don't care.nManager was very rude and didn't want to give her name when I said I'm going to complain via email!nThey won't call you when your flight is boarding.nSome dirty areas because staff don't clean every time passengers leave!
Unfortunately worst service I've ever received in a United Club. You should fire your front checkin lady as well. Whoever was working at 4pm EST on Nov 16th, 2020
