We used Morocco Premier Events for our annual fundraising event this year. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our event was visually spectacular, with every possible detail looked after from an array of carpets on the floor to tapestries on the walls, silver decorative accents throughout the room, and salon furniture that was beautiful as well as comfortable. I have been planning events for almost 15 years and recommend this group highly. Their showroom is filled with absolutely stunning furniture and decorative items - including lighting of every kind. Even if you aren't planning an event, it is worth stopping by to shop for one of a kind, handmade accents from Morocco. They have earned all 5 of my stars above and more.
I truly found Morocco Premier Showroom such a beautiful place that showcases some authentic and unique items selected among the best and most talented Artisans in Morocco. From small decorative items, to Magnificent Lighting fixtures, regional rugs and carpets, beautiful Textiles & both Moroccan Traditional and contemporary clothing. It is the one and ONLY place closer to you...to discover all the beautiful Handicrafts of Morocco!!
We lived in Morocco five years. We have known Hassan Samrhouni over ten years. We were delighted that he was opening the center, offering educational and cultural events, along with furnishings, clothing and condiments from Morocco. We can say if you can't get to Morocco, but want to experience Morocco, go to Morocco Premier Events. We have been there twice, and will go again. Hospitality, of course, is wonderful, too.
Figuratively speaking, I have a second home in Morocco, where I served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the small village of Outat El Haj and the largest city, Casablanca. While I have been away too long, I have enduring memories of the generosity of the people, the delicious taste of the food, the richness of the culture, and the beauty of the handicrafts.nnFor me, Morocco Premier Events is a little oasis of Moroccan culture within easy reach of my home in Maryland. I have had a chance to participate in a number of events at the salon, including the welcoming of visiting students from as far as the desert town of Zagora and celebrations of the holidays with Moroccan-Americans from all walks of life.nnIf I come for the events, I walk away with the crafts -- there is always something to buy, from postcards and coasters showing Morocco's elaborate mosaics to the handsome turquoise Berber necklace that I bought my wife for our last anniversary. The spacious showroom displays a dizzying array of Moroccan Berber and Arab carpets, caftans, utensils, furniture, jewelry, and paintings, and it even features a small showcase of literature about Morocco. And while it is worth it just to stop by to view the furnishings and share a cup of sweet Moroccan tea with the owners, it is hard to leave without taking a little piece of Morocco with you.
Great place , love the open floor design that allows you to see almost everything inside the show room , the Owner Mr Hassan is a friendly and very welcoming person who's very knowledgeable about his products and anything related to Morocco , if you are looking to discover Morocco and or buy some unique Moroccan hand made furniture or accessories this is the place to go in the DC Area .
