Switched rooms twice and both had multiple (I mean, 6-10) stain spots on their couches. Two of four entry doors were exit only (entrance only through the front), one was zip-tied closed altogether and one elevator was broken.nnLong day of travel and chasing comfort - not here.

STAY AWAY...my family stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving 2020, the main issue with this hotel is the fact it is dirty. When I laid down in the bed (with sweatpants on and a tee shirt, I could not stop itching. My daughter and son could not stop itching also. When I got up the next morning, I saw all these lil bites on me. On top of that when I went to take a shower the next morning, there was hair in the shower, so the maids are barley cleaning these rooms. Good luck finding the front desk people, they are always away from the front desk. Pick a different hotel. I tried to contact customer service but they are unresponsive.

I'm being generous with 2 stars because the staff was very nice.nThey do not seem to take COVID seriously, with few hand sanitizer opportunities around, including the area where they distribute breakfast.nRoom has no soaps or shampoos (or hand sanitizer), couch cushions were disgusting, stained messes and the toilet seat was broken in a way that no cleaning crew could have possibly missed.nFinally, for what it's worth, the way the bathroom is set up with a sliding door and close proximity to the bed, there is absolutely no way to go to the bathroom without every little noise being heard... If you get my hint. ud83eudd22nI suggest you pick almost any other hotel in the area.
