I received exceptional customer service for Cameron today! We just got a new puppy and he devoted so much time and attention helping me address her teething needs. His product knowledge was second to none! He knew the pros and cons of every item I considered. He was patient, kind, and thorough. I will frequent this particular Petco on a more regular basis because of him.

Love the staff, always super helpful. Fish tanks are always very clean and well kept. The small animal cages could be a bit cleaner though. Love how the reptiles are fed fresh veggies.

Great place my dogs love the treats I got them. The staff is very nice and asked us if we needed help. Overall great store and awesome prices

We went in today to get some info on pet adoption. We were there for almost 30 minutes hoping at-least one employee would get to us and nope no one cared to even ask why we were there. Yes they were busy but not even to acknowledge that we were there and let us know they will get to us in a few, is unacceptable.
