Great service (Talking about in person. Over the phone they completely suck. No one ever answers), however horrible transparency. I was charged a ton for my appointment. Thought that was it for payment and 2 months later i was charged an additional amount. I had checked with Inova twice before the appt to make sure what I would be paying out of pocket. I was misled.
We had a great experience. Very helpful and kind staff. They took care of my wife, new baby girl like family. Thanks for your hard and kind work.
Highly recommend for child birth and care. We loved it and have had kids in Arlington, Inova Ffx and the latest here in Loudoun which was the best
Very slow service i was there today i felt dying of pain in my stomach they just want me to wait for my turn for someone to call me .. we are in the hospital not at normal office to call ppl .. it end me up to leave the hospital.. i was bleeding and I couldn’t stay till to call me
