Cindy is the best! So sweet and her attention to detail is impeccable. I always get a gel mani/pedicure. My toes always last for months and my real nails are back healthy and strong.
I just happened to find Creative Nails when looking for a salon in Short Pump. I made an appointment with Tommy and he did a wonderful job. Very friendly, great pricing, clean salon and did an excellent job on my pink and whites. Even though I live far away, I will be back again! One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time! I called when they opened and was given a time to come in that day, showed up early and was sat immediately to get started. Tom was fantastic, very friendly and professional. Took the time to do a wonderful job with my manicure - I had a full set placed and he did the ombré design and I love it!! 100% recommend!
Tuesday 12/3 was my first time going to this Creative Nails location. Cindy did an excellent job and she gave me the short, professional look I was going for. I accidentally broke a nail today and went back. Cindy was busy, but she remembered my name and the color! One of the other ladies fixed it in less than five minutes and the quality of the work was just as awesome as Cindy’s. And you know what? They didn’t even charge me. I have known owners of the salon for a very long time. Their unwavering commitment to customer service and outstanding skill set make the perfect experience. As a cosmetologist it’s always reassuring and refreshing to be able to walk into a salon and be treated like you are appreciated and walk out feeling like a queen. They are very gentle and conscious of cleanliness creativity and comfort.
