Always a great trip when I can get to Luxury Nails! Have been a long-time customer through several locations, and the service just keeps getting better. Recent visit was for a pedicure and I enjoyed every minute of it. Love having options for pedicures based on the time I have that day. Always clean and relaxing!

This business failed on customer service and provided a subpar pedicure. No greeting upon entering. Paid for the classic pedicure at 30 dollars which includes callous remover. (The menu said the service was supposed to last 35 minutes. My pedicure lasted 24 minutes). The small callous on my foot was still there when the nail tech finished and I asked her to please remove a little more because she left the skin with an area that was jagged. The technician told me if I wanted the callous to be smooth then go to a doctor. A doctor? Are you serious? This was a rushed job and the polish was smeared and uneven. Took polish off as soon as I got home.

Have been a customer here at many of its several locations in the Food Lion shopping center off Nuckols..have always loved the professionalism of the techs, cleanliness etc but today the tech was very rough and it was the worst experience I have ever had there...disappointing.

I came here to get a powder manicure last week, last Thursday evening. I was pleased with the job the technician did at the time and she told me it would last three weeks. My manicure started chipping the next day, and has continued to chip more and more to the point where I’m going to have to get them done again this week. I’ve gotten powder manicures every three-four weeks consistently for the past 2 years, and I’ve never had one begin chipping within the same week. I don’t think she properly used a bonding agent to get the powder to bond, which is why it’s chipping off like regular polish. Needless to say, I’d caution anyone looking to get powder nails here and would probably take your business elsewhere.
