The staff was super friendly and had a wide range of knowledge. I hurt my back as a 23 year old and they helped me identify the daily changes necessary to rehab. Great service and results.

Calling to get an appointment is a nightmare. It took almost 3 weeks, even though their website states 24-48 hours. I voiced concern at the time that if it took 3 weeks to make an appointment what would they do for follow up appointments. Long store short, I waited the 3 weeks and saw a therapist. I actually liked the therapist, thought that he was knowledgeable and we decided that I should see him three days a week. The problem once again came at scheduling. I was told that he was booked up and I could only see him once a week, at best, seeing a tech on the other two days. So, if you go to Bon Secours Physical Therapy you will only see a professional at best once each week or two. On the other days you will a nonprofessional tech though you, or you insurance company, will be paying to see a physical therapist. I would never put my health and wellbeing in the hands of a nonprofessional, especially when an actual plan of treatment has not been finalized. This is a dangerous practice and totally unexceptionable. I would suggest that you not waste your time with them and find an ethical practitioner that truly wants to treat patients and not just cheat the public and insurance companies.

The physical therapists are super friendly and definitely know what they are doing. I recieved the best care and am extremely happy to be seeing results from doing the excercises they gave me. I recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.
