So. Dirty. Trash everywhere. Beer cans, wine bottles, and discarded condoms litter the parking lot. Poorly lit.

so the Gum Spring Park and Ride is a gravel lot at the intersection of Route 522 and Broad Street Road approximately one mile from Exit 159 Gum Spring. It is not overly large and at times can be quite trashy. However, I have never had any problems with my car the numerous times I have parked there. It's next to the post office and a gas station and is heavily trafficked. A very common spot for locals who are commuting. Safe area. And give it a 3 only because it needs to be cleaned up.

My husband and I leave our car here when we meet friends and travel to Richmond together. Have never had any trouble with vandalism of our vehicles. It is out in the open and clearly visible.
