We had a very pleasant experience with RVA Pro Painters! We worked with Orlando and Ricardo, and we found them to be super professional and responsive. Orlando was able to respond to my emails in a timely manner and answer my many questions. Ricardo was able to fix any tiny imperfections I found right away- without question. We just bought our home, and this was our first experience with painting.. well.. anything! They turned our kitchen from outdated and dark to a bright and airy oasis. Orlando told us to call if we find anything needing to be fixed as he would come back and make it right. The price was pretty good too! We will be calling Orlando for future jobs.
RVA Pro Painters was able to come complete the project of painting my kitchen and bathroom cabinets within 2 weeks of notifying them. They were quick and thorough and completed the job with all my extra requests. The cabinets look so much better!
We picked this company due to the fact that they had great reviews and great prices (specifically for cabinets). The quality of the job was not as we expected. We had to constantly ask for aspects of the job to be corrected. While they were VERY tentative to our needs, they did not take care of our home in the process. Our bathroom sink, floors, counters and microwave were left with paint all over them on various occasions. The people were really nice and I'm sad to write this review. Hoping this review brings their attention to the protection of the homes they work in.
RVA was great. They took my order to paint 14 shutters, and had a crew out to perform the work the next day. They arrived on time, verified the work to be completed, and offered to paint my two doors to match the shutters. The work was completed promptly, with high quality, and at an affordable rate. I will be using them again for some additional work we need done. Highly recommended!
Orlando's team was super professional, efficient, and the end product turned out amazing! Will definitely be using again for our future painting needs. Thank you!
