If you’re trying to lease here, see Rhett, he’s the only person there who’s willing to help you out anytime. We lived there for a year, everything was fine until we moved out. The process of moving out was a pain, from getting referrals to getting our money back. We paid a full month of rent and we moved a few days before and we haven’t been able to get that money back, we received a check and those days weren’t included and now they are telling us to call corporate. Then getting the referrals from them was a pain, the ladies that work there made it like they’re doing you a favor instead of doing their job. It’s a nice place but it’s not worth all the hassle.

I am leaving a review for the fantastic maintenance team here. Enrico is responsive, communicative, and incredibly respectful when in our home. We had a few things pop up when living at Hawthorne and everything was taken care of within 24hrs. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Maria was a great help in the application process and had all the answers to my questions. I have yet to see anyone better than her customer service. I highly recommend this community to anyone in search of a great place to live!

Do Not Even Apply here. We asked about if we can do 6 month or credit card payment here when we first time came here，they said Yes but with additional fee，they took a month to process the application，ask us for the documents in separate times instead of telling us at beginning. At the end they do not allow us to do credit card payment but only the check and only offer us at least 1 year lease. I hope sometimes English can be a understandable language for them，and people should not apply here.
