The property manager I have is Sarah - she’s is super responsive and so helpful! The process to rent was very efficient and quick with Sarah's help and she was even awesome enough to let us move in stuff a bit earlier that we had anticipated due to a last minute change with our moving plans. She is awesome to work with and has been quick to respond to our questions and concerns. A day after moving in, we had heavy rain which resulted in some flooding in our storage room under the stairs and we were able to get someone to come plug it up the same night (on a Saturday night!!). The maintenance team has been a dream to work with as well! Overall, I hope you get to have her helping you as well because she has made this moving process so much smoother! Thank you to Sarah, Mike and the rest of the team for such a great moving experience!

The property manager I have is Sarah - she’s amazing!! She’s made everything so easy in getting everything up and running for me. If you’re in Ogden or Layton — hopefully you get to have her helping you as well!! Super responsive when you need something. Clean properties and great staff to take care if anything that comes up

Totally recommend! Faith Thuet was awesome! Super responsive and awesome! I lived at Forest Gate years ago and it was awesome! Has not changed! Faith helped my son every step of the way and worked to help him with any issue that arrived and made the whole process super easy! Highly recommend!

Sarah is fantastic managing Woodland Cove. She responds quickly and takes action. We've never had such a smooth and professional move-in experience. She and Randy know what they're doing and take great care of the property, are super friendly and accommodating. Though we've only been here a short time, this has been a very positive experience and we're glad we chose Woodland Cove. Thank you Sarah and Randy!
