Steak and cheese was the special of the day. I gave it a try. The flavor was fine but there was a lot of grizzle in the meat. That being said the fries and tea were good. The staff was friendly and it was clean. Maybe I just picked the wrong dish. I would give it a second try.

If you like eating at a small, family run diner, this place will be just right for you. It's not fancy on the outside or inside, but the food was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I had never stopped here before and we're both very glad we did. her salad was one of the freshest and greenest with the best ingredients she's had in a while, and her french onion soup was quite good as well. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich toasted on sourdough bread period when it arrived, I looked at it and everyone is used to a chicken salad with mayonnaise. This had kind of a brown sauce. I was a little leery but I put it to the test and wow it was really excellent! I complimented the gentleman that made it when I was done the meal. It was a terrific place to stop at and yes, they do practice social distancing so that's always good to see. Certainly worth the money, the meal was quite inexpensive. My wife and I were both very happy and very satisfied with the meal. If I am ever on this end of town, absolutely we will stop back in period you should too! Two thumbs up and worth a trip!

My wife and I have stopped here several times, and it's been great each time. A small place, but they take the time to seat you in accordance with the covid regulations. The food has been terrific, the wait staff enthusiastic and helpful. Wonderful place to stop at and not real expensive either! Definitely worth the trip, two stars for them. Anytime we're in the area, my wife and I will be sure to stop there.

Very nice staff, clean, comfortable relaxed. My onion rings were fabulous and everything about the Reuben was nicely done. I like a different quality of deli meat however, since I come from NY, and ultimately the Reuben was not good for me. My daughter-in-law had the signature burger and loved it! I would definitely go back there the next time I'm in the area. 100% better than fast food.nAfter your meal, if you don't want dessert there, you can walk down main Street and find a self-serve ice cream operation and a delicious bakery!
