What a wonderful place! Brittany is fun, helpful, and encouraging, just an overall lovely human being. Brett is warm and inviting. They are just great. Seriously, I could not recommend this place enough. I've been working with them for like two months now and it feels like I get to go hang out with friends (in COVID world this is much needed). If you need physical therapy look no further!

From the moment I walked in the front door everything about my visit was comfortable! Brett, the office manager, was a welcoming friendly face at the front desk. He was quick to check in and cover any possible questions I had. I had never been to a physical therapy office before and he was able to explain everything I needed to know! Dr. Brittany Elkins was so easy going and just a joy to be around. She made sure I was comfortable though out my visit. I highly recommend trying out dry needling! I have been in several times since they opened for dry needling sessions and It has done wonders for my back aches! 100% worth checking out!

Balance Physical Therapy is an outstanding place. Dr. Elkins and her staff are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! As soon as I entered the facility, I was welcomed with open arms and made to feel at home. All of my concerns were addressed and I feel that my rehabilitation is tremendously better than I expected.

I love this place! I have been going for both upper and lower back pain and Brittany has been awesome! She has taught me exercises to do at home and it has really helped. She also is amazing at dry needling. If you are looking for a physical therapist, you have found the place!

I just had shoulder replacement surgery. I was nervous about the physical therapy because the last time I had it in a different practice, it was not helpful. Dr. Brittany knew the surgeon who performed my surgery. She was very familiar with this type of surgery, and took the time to explain how she will be working with me. The office manager booked me for 16 weeks on the hours most suitable for me. Great environment, friendly staff!
