Dr.Lauren Goode is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure seeing. I've been with here for 4 years,now! I now have my mother seeing her and will have my daughters see her when they are 21. She's thorough, patient centered and responsive with a sense of compassion in everything she does!

Dr Lauren Goode is very professional, respectful, and she cares about her patients. Dr Goode takes the time to listen to you talk. She doesn’t just brush you off. She actually listens to her patients. If you have multiple issues. Dr Goode will take the time to talk about them. I tend to talk a lot about my different issues. So, Dr Goode will say, let’s focus on one at a time right now. Then she will discuss one issue and come to conclusion give advice, and recommend what to do. Then we go on to next problem. I do tend to talk too much..Lol.nnDr Goode explain things to you, to let you better understand. Where you don’t leave the dr office confused. I can call Dr Goode office and leave her a message about a medical issue, and they get right back to me. There are times Dr Goode herself will call me back. AWESOME,. I can send a message to Dr Goode in the Healow medical chart and get a quick response. It could be about medical issue, or prescriptions. I like how she explains things to me also. where I can better understand.nnThe front office staff is wonderful, love them. Always greet you with a smile. They make my day. All the nurses, lab technicians, etc are the same. Oh, and the wait time. Is not long at all. Everyone is great in my book.nnDr Goode is AWESOME, great doctor, and a caring doctor.nnI highly recommend Dr Lauren Goode very professional.

Primary Health Group is a clean and professional doctors office. Dr. Lauren Goode was very professional and took the time to listen to my health concerns and gave sound advice without making me feel belittled or rushed. Great bedside manner and pleasant demeanor. Very efficient practice with warm and upbeat operations staff. Highly recommend.

I have to give a big shout out to Dr. Goode and the front desk staff and nurses (M, A and K). For the last 2 weeks, I’ve had a difficult time getting a pre-authorization from my insurance company for a drug I’ve been taking for years. And today, I fully ran out of my medication. Dr. Goode and her staff recognized the urgency of the situation (stopping this medication cold turkey is a big no no, as doing so causes your body to kind of go into shock and revolt; you experience immediate and debilitating “withdrawal” issues). Dr. Goode and her staff took immediate steps to contact my insurance company and they followed up with me throughout the day to update me. And by the end of the day, they were able to get my medicine for me!!! I am thoroughly impressed with the compassion, help and level of service I received today.

Dr. Goode has always taken the time to listen to me & talk with me. The doctor I saw at this practice before her had no bedside manner at all. I have several different conditions and Dr. Goode and I discuss everything in detail and she gives me a plan to follow. If I have a problem with my prescriptions not being filled I just call back and the wonderful ladies in front help me. I’m very satisfied with my doctor.
