No Sir, I am quite sure that I have the correct company since I worked for Mr. Dawson (your father) for two years at least. So Dawson took off on a Thursday over two months ago before Christmas and left about 17 employees stranded without the money owed to them AND without a job!! Now it’s almost March, I’ve called the local county police and they’re currently investigating as well as the Virginia Employment Commission because I can’t file my taxes with the IRS because this company hasn’t provided me with my W-2. I suggest my former supervisor, the former secretary, the owner, Thomas Dawson or his son contact me IMMEDIATELY to rectify this issue so I can get the $1,200 still owed to me for months now as well as the legal documentation required by the US Government so that I can follow the law and file my taxes!!! This is completely unecceptable as well as illegal!! As far as them as a painting company, I’m sorry to all the clients and house projects that they left in the lurch when they closed up shop suddenly on a Friday and padlocked the door for good. As far as potential customers, BEWARE!!! You may pay upfront for a project and then they’ll just disappear in the night and run to the Eastern Shore with your money!! Watch out!!
