We had a private party here for my husband's birthday and I cannot recommend this place enough! Didi and the crew did an amazing job putting on the event for us and our server, Travis, was hands down the best! We were already planning out next event before the night was over! Five stars for the food, staff, drinks, and all around experience! Thank you for making it such a special evening!
This past Saturday I rented out a theater to propose to my girlfriend. With Covid, I had to explore a few options but I am so happy and blessed to have this option go the way it did. Miss Didi did everything possible to ensure my plan was executed to perfection. From getting my personal video on the big screen, to making sure we enjoyed ourselves at the upstairs lounge. Chris went well and beyond checking on my party every few minutes to ensure we didn't need want or need anything. They were extremely busy due to short staff in the kitchen but they did everything in their power to make sure we were fine. As a Gm of a hotel, I truly understand how far customer service can go and the staff went well beyond their duties. Even the staff members who were not involved made sure to come up and say congratulations to me and my now fiance. Thank you all so much for a memory that we will never forget and will always cherish. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Rented a movie theater last night. Paragon had great food, awesome atmosphere, and an incredible staff. Chris ran our screening. He was incredible. ReallynTook care of my party, and went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. We had a great time, and a huge part of that was due to Chris’s professionalism and leadership. Thank you paragon and Chris!!!!
Me and my family have booked 2 private viewing. One as a family outing and the second as a birthday party. Chris and Didi were friendly, showed great hospitality, and took care of us during both of our visits. Travis from The Agency was also very helpful and took care of all of our dining needs during our visit. We had a wonderful time and look forward to taking advantage of the private viewings in the future!
First off we under normal circumstances we give Paragon a 5 star rating. Did a private birthday party for my 2 year old. The food was great, all the planning and service was great and Didi even managed to have candles(which we forgot) for our cake. We are definitely doing this again.
