ZERO STARS.. I was treated with the utmost disrespect and carelessness. I walked out crying and yelling ud83dude2aud83dude14nnThe food and drinks were always so good and the atmosphere, I loved.. BUT after how they handled my birthday lunch.. I just cannot go back..nnThey accepted a reservation, along with many others, at 2:30, when they close, I assumed the hours were just not updated so thought nothing of it. So, I had no idea they were closing and when I arrived the manager asked, in a slightly rude tone, is the rest of the party with you, followed by a we close and typically don’t take reservations and our kitchen will close soon. 5 minutes later a waiter my family has complained about before comes over and tells me to contact my party because the kitchen was closing soon. It’s about 2:40 now. He says he will check with the kitchen to see if they’ll stay open. 5 minutes later I say I will be waiting, I made a reservation and my party ran late. Then the manager comes out and basically says I can call my party and order now or too bad so sad. It’s 2:50. My party had arrived. The manager had given a not so genuine “apology” and offered nothing. Mind you, I had this reservation 2 months ago! He says “It says on our website, menu, and front door we close at 2:30 and reopen at 5.” Okay, you are the one who accepted the reservation, how was I suppose to know why you accepted it despite the hours and that something hadn’t changed?nnAfter some words about the lack of apology and admittance of fault, we left. I cried out of frustration and irritation and was upset that now I had to find something else on the spot for my friends who came from out of town to be with me ud83dude14nnIt was just a horrible experience and customer service.. I’m quite sad about it as the establishment should be better given its reputation and target consumers.

It is a nice place to take your mother/grandmother for lunch/brunch. The drinks are top notch and the food is tasty. We had been doing some spring yard work and went in for lunch on a whim while still in our flannel shirts. I felt this was frowned upon by the guests and staff. Wear your nice clothes.

A girlfriend of mine was celebrating her birthday and chose this restaurant...great choice she made. Waitress was wonderful, drinks were good and the food was AWESOME. We could not decide which appetizer to get, and our waitress made a recommendation. We dined inside, but ventured to outside to where heated tents were. Can’t wait to see what it will look like in spring in summer. We will be back.

We had a last lunch here before leaving for California and it did not disappoint. I just wish we knew about this place sooner.nnBeautiful ambience and amazing service. Justin was our server and was phenomenal and the entire staff was welcoming and very warm the minute we came in.nnHighly recommend trying this place to enjoy great food and a nice place to unwind after a busy work week.

Bread was cold and served, not with butter, but with like Italian dressing? Calamari was mediocre as was the garden salad, nothing special. My steak was closer to well done than medium that was ordered and my wife's veal piccotta not something she would order again. Dessert, an ice cream like dish, was highlight of the meal. Service was very good.
