I'm a regular customer to this branch. I recently had a really bad experience. I waited for more than 40 minutes for the server to take the order. They took more than an hour to get the food to the table even though it's a weekday. I was completely frustrated and wanted to leave because I lost my appetite, then I got the food. I ordered for cauliflower wings but I got a piece of boneless chicken in it. I waited and waited for the server to come so that I can ask for some boxes and check. But he never showed up. I had to go to the front desk and ask for the boxes and check. The customer service is getting poor day by day. Felt really bad ud83dude2aud83dude15
i absolutely love the food and if i could i would buy it every night, also the serves is really good. i recommend this place very good food. also when you go in there the people are really nice and happy because the food is really good. the servers are very nice to you also.
Its a good restaurant. But they need to manage there online customers more carefully. Online order system is not working as compare other food chains. Food is overall good.
Waited 20+ minutes for a server, several tables got up and walked out because no one waited on them. Food took a very long time and arrived cold and with slimy brown stuff on the celery. Had to wait a good 10 minutes for someone to even come back by to check so I could send it back, very disappointing experience.
The service is subpar at best. Ordered carry out by phone and came in at the twenty minute mark. The cashier, Rayne fumbled on the cash register for another twenty minutes as she had forgotten to sign out of a separate kiosk. The manager, Ms. Valerio did not provide any apologies. After the whole ordeal I was fuming. I was begging for my food to be remade as it had been sitting in the back for the thirty minute dilemma. I did not receive any form of discount for the woman’s error. I will not be returning to this location. Go to Hooters, Sonic, or Mellow Mushroom for wings.
