The workers (3 girls my age) did not say a single thing to me when I walked in the store and then I watched as they proceeded to give another customer dirty, judgmental looks. Terrible customer service and honestly just sad that the workers here feel so entitled.

I never bothered going into this store because (based on their window displays) I thought it was for the younger set. Went in on a whim and I’m so glad I did-To my surprise they had perfume. A decent collection that took me a while to go through.nnI was helped in narrowing down a scent by a very nice, very patient and very knowledgeable young lady named Alicia. She didn’t rush me and was helpful without being pushy. There was also a young man (I forgot to get his name) at the register who pointed out other scents I might like as well .nnOverall I was pleased with the selection and service. True the scents aren’t super long lasting (they range from $9.99-$16.99 so what do you expect) but for the price of a smaller perfume at Sephora or Ulta you could get almost all of the perfumes Rue 21 offers. Especially when holiday sales kick in.
