I am not sure what has happened. They used to be really good and efficient here.. I left after over an hour of waiting last Friday and I have been waiting for an hour now. I am the 3rd person here. I have not seen one person get tested.

The actual service was great. Showed up 7:50am and was done by 8:10am and I my received the results by 9:00am. Two stars was given because they refuse to provide me with an itemized receipt that I could use to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement. This was their response when I asked for an itemized receipt with the CPT code listed “we are unable to provide that you would have to speak to the billing department. call the main phone number and we can transfer you over” I called 2 different times and each time my call went to VM for the billing dept. I left 2 voicemail messages & sent 1 text message & no one has responded. This was there response when I requested their tax ID “Unfortunately we are not able to give our Tax ID out at this time. There has been an issue with insurance companies and filing process.” I’m not sure what is going on over there, but a patient trying to obtaining an itemized receipt from a doctor’s office for a treatment rendered should not encounter these issues.nn*Update 6 days later I got a call back and was emailed an itemized receipt. So I switched my rating to 4 stars. Just know going in you will not be walking out with an itemized receipt and it may take a week & several calls before you receive one.

Went on a Sunday at 12:00 and was parked for about 35 minutes. The nurse came right out to us and was so kind, efficient, and prepared!! Results came back two hours later !! Super easy experience !

I went in to the urgent care today for a follow up from having covid symptoms and it was recommended I have a test done. I had previously had a negative test done earlier in the week somewhere else which was negative. The nurse came in, there was no explanation of what to expect, no bedside manner whatsoever and she jammed that stick up my nose so violently and kept it up there while jolting it all around for a good 3-4 seconds. I ended up pushing her away, it hurt so bad and was nothing, NOTHING like what I experienced the first go round. She went to my other nostril, and the same thing. It was the worst experience I’ve ever been through, and I’ve been through some stuff in my life. My right nostril is still bleeding an hour later, with blood clots as I gently blow. Not ok. Not normal. Never again will I ever go back to this practice.

To go from $75 to $200 for a COVID test and to refuse to accept anyone's insurance or provide the information needed to pay upfront and get reimbursed later by their insurance is ridiculous. Way to use an unfortunate time for personal gain... I mean with the amount of people going you would think $75 per a person would have been sufficient but I guess not...
