Erica Coleman FNP-BC was amazing!! Her assessment was thorough, she listened to all my concerns and made me feel at ease. Very professional and very personable. I am glad I switched providers!

I saw Nurse Practitioner Erica Coleman, and she actually listened to me. It’s nice to know there are medical professionals that truly care about their patients health and don’t brush off their concerns. Finally, I have found a provider that I trust with my healthcare.

Tried calling the office today at 4:30 and they were closed, voice prompt said it was the on call answering service. Website says that they are open from 7am to 7pm. Absolutely not true. My husband stopped by the office after work to do blood work, arrived at 6:30pm and the front desk said the lab was closed because all of the doctors were gone, but my husband said there was patients in the waiting room. We definitely will be changing our primary care and passing the word around.

Rude staff, Tammy the receptionist was unhelpful and acted like my phone call was the biggest hasstle in the world. Never return again.
