Have been member, with my family for over 6 years.nnThey are flat out Money chasers.nThey lie to you about Rx refills.nConstantly try and have you schedule needless appointments just so they can charge you the office visit.nTHEY HAVE THE RUDEST WOMEN RUNNING THEIR FRONT DESK.nAnd i live less than 2 miles away have a family of 4... and all they care about is office visits and money money money $$$$$$$$

This place is impossible to get in contact with. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes at a time... The doctors here are okay, but if you are a patient who needs to be in touch with their primary care physician often, Piedmont family practice is not the place for you. Seriously how hard is it to answer a phonennUpdate, that was a long time ago^ and there is no improvement at all but I’m back to warn you guys. they recently billed me for a room cleaning fee. $30+ dollars for a room cleaning fee. I have no idea what or why they did that I just sit on the gourny (the bed) when I get into the room so be careful they will literally charge the patients 20$ for a bandaid

Love love Alicia Fridgen! She literally always gets me right I went to the doctor a few times before her and nobody could tell me why I was swelling and she did and got my weight down within a month after prescribing me medicine. I felt great instantly and she’s very quick to get back in patient portal esp when I was having issues w medicine prescribed to me during pregnancy she actually listens and is always concerned, she’s overall amazing! I caught myself bragging about her with another patient of hers while I was scheduling at Fauquier and we both were just saying how amazing she is. KEEP BEING AMAZING ALICIA WE LOVE YOU!

Dr. Jakum and staff have always met our concerns with empathy, compassion, and education! Dr. Jakum really takes time to listen, explain, and teach concerned parents what's happening with their child's health.nDr. Jakums impressive clinical background, and tremendous bedside manner make for happy, relieved parents! The receptionist never answer the phone. Always stuck on hold with the annoying voice recording FOREVER. Been waiting to reach someone for the past 15 mins. When I'm trying to get ahold of my doctor for important medication related things, I'd be nice to actually get thru. Been out of my meds for a week cause I can't get thru to them. Disappointing.
