I really enjoy my work out with Lauren ,she's very professional and explains things that you understand and what the excercise will do for your body! I would highly recommend select physical therapy to get you back on the road to your every day life!!!!!!

The staff at Select Therapy is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They take the extra step to make sure you have a safe session and what you use is sanitized. My sessions have been hard at times but I am seeing constant improvement.

My experience at Select Physical Therapy was encouraging and productive. Lauren Langstone, DPT is the manager and a wonderful delight to work with on each event day. She displays through knowledge and an effervescent joy that makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend their services.
