I’m an out of state investor and I hired CertaPro to paint a house that I was able to list in the mls. The initial work was done on time but after I had my real estate agent come after to double check the work there were a surprising amount of things that still needed to be addressed.nnAfter the crew came back out a couple days later they fixed the issues that were identified. I had my real estate agent check again and found a different issue with the caulking. I had two tubs that needed caulking but they chose to only do one. I received some push back on this item when addressed and thought it be best to hire a separate contractor to caulk the other tub.nnOverall I’d say the experience was ok.
