There are many cosmetic issues, concerns with clean beds and poor planning. However, I requested my money back because the house was only 40°. The heat didn't work and the only firewood was the few bundles I brought myself. It was rationed to stay warm over night as the weather was bad (certainly in no one's control) so we left bright and early when the fire went our. Amanda's helpful demeanor quickly changed when faced with a complaint and she was horrible to deal with then. They refuse to give me a full refund.
Snow Mountain Properties offers professional real estate services, construction, rentals and property management. I could not ask for a better group! You will not be disappointed.
No refunds period, what a joke. 99.9% of reputable companies have a 30 day policy. What a joke. I do not recommend.
