This place is pretty nice. Great employees and great service. However, I do not recommend to go orders. It may depend on what you order like a salad or pasta is okay. Anything involving cheese...that is not on pasta, I wouldn't recommend. Overall, dining in would be a better decision.
We walked in with a party of 6, fifty minutes until close. It took them about 5 minutes to even address us and when they finally did they suggested we eat somewhere else as the wait was 45-50 minutes when there was very obvious open seating in front of us even with COVID standards. They clearly just did not feel like dealing with our group. We normally love this Chili’s but this was uncalled for.
We walked in almost an hour before closing (they didn’t close until 50 minutes) and waited for almost 5 minutes while the staff walked by us before someone finally came over. They asked how many there were of us...walked away to the kitchen and came back and said they suggested for us to go someone else because the wait was 30-45. Conveniently right before closing before a seat was open. There were obvious tables open (even with COVID these tables were not marked off or near anyone) and it was very frustrating that we would be treated this way....
Great food for a great price
The food is decent overall. Their bite size burgers are pretty good.
