My son and I had lunch at the Stafford Marketplace location yesterday. Everything was Fantastic! Our server (Taylor?, I hope that’s correct) was super friendly and accommodating! The food was Perfect! Our family has always loved Chili’s, however the last few times we’ve visited other locations we were disappointed. The staff and meal at this location Definitely made up for it! Great job folks!

Went to eat here and everything was fine. I lost my ID and called Saturday afternoon to see if its had been left. Hostess was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She said she’d call back to let me know if they were there. Called back four hours later to see if anyone had asked about my ID and she proceeded to be rude again and said “we’re busy, I said I’d call you back” .... never called me back. don’t appreciate the attitude and don’t appreciate not be I called back.

Went to the chili’s in Stafford tonight, was put on waitlist and asked to wait in car for a 20-25 min wait. 30 minutes later walked in because multiple groups had come and gone just to find out they hadn’t texted us and instead somehow skipped over us. They went ahead and sat us clearly in a section that the servers had been cut from and then we proceeded to sit there while multiple servers stared at us but continued just going about their business, after over 10 min of that, we just got up to leave and told the hostess who was too busy texting on her cell phone to even acknowledge what was going on. Maybe it was a bad night for the restaurant but it was quite a bit over the top in bad service for a slow Sunday evening.

The foods always good, but every single time we order curbside we never have our sauces for our apps/entrees. We order extra sauce, and don't get any, which is very annoying when you get home before realizing. Now we check, but always need to ask for it. Hopefully this review gets to the staff, so they can keep an eye out for it!

Lol these mask are a joke... silent weapon for quiet war... they are not protecting us from anything...and I think I got diabetes from the sweet tea...I mean the tea was super sweet...but food was good...
