The manager was quick and service was amazing. He was polite, and when I ask for extra ranch/marinara he was cool with it. My order was suppose to be ready at 545PM and it was ready at the quoted time.nn1/24/21nService was garbage
We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we came to this fine restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a delightful experience there with first-rate food and a courteous team and a professional chief cook. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we shall definitely come back soon. We warmly recommend.
Tonight I got here at 7 with a party and I was told by the host the wait would be 25-35 minutes. After 40 minutes I go inside because we still haven’t been seated and are told it will be another 25 minutes because the “to go food caused the kitchen to back up” then asked can we sit to drink and are told no. They didn’t even have the decency to come let us know it will be an extended wait, which would have been okay if we were advised. Then when leaving to go to my car the staff of about 8-9 people who were all gathered around the host stand proceeded to stare at me while I’m walking to the car. Not impressed. For being so busy why is the staff gathered around the host stand talking and doing nothing at all.
The on duty manager Phillip managed to make me happy I got to get my order corrected tonight! He exemplifies the Applebee's spirit of returning customer satisfaction!
They were very short handed and our waitress was a little stressed and we told her its ok and we will be fine. Just take your time Because you are short handed. We not in a big hurry.
