Great service from McKenzie. My All American Cheese Burger came out fast and hot. It was jucy and a bit on the messy side (not a bad thing) and almost too big to fit in my mouth. Very filling and satisfying. Five stars for the food and service.

The wings I got there yesterday were awful and the website for BWW won't allow me to post on their own website my complaints. I picked up an order of 30 wings and the container they used had all the sauce leaked through the bag and the wings were bite sized and burned to a crisp. I will not be eating at this location again that was completely uncalled for

I never complain about restaurants, especially on super bowl Sunday, but this as well as the past 2 times we have ordered from here, it has not been okay. The food itself was amazing, but not the staff. Last time we ordered, I could not remember if the name was under mine or my husbands and though the kid behind the counter was kind enough to check both, the manager on duty came over to inform me that it is my responsibility to know what name is under and told me I could've caused many issues in their kitchen by causing such a mess. This past Sunday, super bowl Sunday, I waited for my food an hour after the scheduled pick up time. I understand that you get busy, but an hour is a long time to be waiting. Finally, after the 4th person asked for my name, they called me over to the desk to tell me that my order had been deleted out of their system and was never made...so I had been standing around waiting for something that was never going to come. I will give them credit, they made it quickly after I waited an hour, but it was not something that should have happened.

Service was prompt and attentive. Food was delicious. They had $3 house beer that was legit!

Everything was really good. We had sandwiches, fries and delicious coleslaw. Annie did a great job serving in spite of the pace being understaffed.
