Just came from the Warrenton, VA Shawn's Smokehouse BBQ. We go there once every two weeks and have not been disappointed. The pulled pork and baked beans are perfect together. Writing this to point out the exceptional service provided by Bethany - not just to us but to everyone who can into the restaurant. Her smile was sincere, her efforts to be sure that each customer received attention like they were her only concern, and actually came out from the back, after delivering a customer's take out order, to see if they needed additional sauce was totally unexpected. GREAT work Bethany!

Burnt ends were delish as was everything else! Banana pudding is to die for, coconut in the coleslaw gives such a fabulous flavor. Definitely will require another trip to try the ribs!

Gave Shawn's a try and will never try again. The great thing about online order, should be, that you can't mess it up. You have a detailed check list of what was ordered. It stays the same. No loss in communication or pressed the wrong button on the register. Look at it 20 times. Say it out loud. Check the items off as you fill them. If you can't do that right, I certainly don't trust you to store and cook the food right.nnYou had your shot, but couldn't pull it off. Don't blame Covid on your short comings!nn-Ordered sandwiches with coleslaw (missing).n-Chose two sauces as you have to choose two or you can't move on with your online order (missing).

Not high quality BBQ and overpriced too. They messed up our order and it was cold too. I spoke with the part owner and he said that they didn't have a manager but it's no excuse.nnAlso his customer service was below average in how he handled my complaint. They have a leadership problem but more then anything the BBQ is not up to snuff. Better off going to Lone Star Steakhouse down the street.

Warrenton location - I went inside and ordered a LB of pulled pork to go, and they also gave me several individually wrapped Sandwich buns. After getting home, I noticed that the sandwich bread had green mold spores along the edges.nIn addition, the pulled pork BBQ was barely warm in its container. My concerns with that isnFood code requires a hot-holding temperature of 135 F for meats. It’s a mystery as to why this place serves up food such as what I received. I’m fairly certain that I wasn’t the only customer that got moldy sandwich buns and Luke warm BBQ on that day. I used to like the food there, but they have lost another customer.nI’m so disgusted with my experience that I felt compelled to write this review.
