Expensive water, poorly trained staff, low value for product received. General municipal group with ingrained culture of just not caring. Wish I had drilled a well and used septic system instead. Would have been a lot cheaper and better investment. Investigate before you buy.

Water is great but the woman who answers the phone was just plain rude. I tried to explain that her today that their website is down but she would rather talk over me and tell me it was my problem. There was no reason to be like that.

Fees here in Fauquier County are very expensive,nMy parents who live in a bigger house with more people pay less. Customer service should be nicer too. If someone is struggling to pay they don’t offer any payment plans.

Base charge is over $50 compared to neighboring Prince William County which about $15. What amounts to the huge price difference?
