Great prices without having to be in a crowded and impersonal chain pet store. The staff was knowledgeable and quite helpful. They also gave our free sample bags of several different kinds of small breed dog food since I have a picky eater. After returning home, I checked out the online pet stores and Pet Supplies Plus was far cheaper than any of the other Pet Suppliers.nOverall impressed and will be shopping at Pet Supplies Plus.
Yesterday a parakeet landed on my deck, clearly someone's pet, but at the time he was being chased by another bird, we went to get supplies for him because he was hungry, scared, and tired. Pet supplies plus took care of all our needs in getting this little guy comfortable until we can take him to a shelter/find his owner. I will never go to another store for my pets needs. The staff is helpful, understanding and efficient.
Love this place. Wish there was one in Woodbridge so I could go more! My only criticism is that you all have got to fix the water in the dog wash. Its freezing cold! For a short haired dog it's to cold. My dog is shivering the whole time. It eventually heats up but I'm almost finished with my dogs bath. Please fix! I love this place!
Excellent Customer Service and a good selection of items for fido. They made the needed adjustments to ensure viability during the pandemic. I am very happy that the groomer is back. I highly recommend this location.
This is actually my favorite pet store. They are affordable and best of all they price match. If you find a better deal on Amazon, they'll match it. I highly recommend.
