Great store to get pet things. They offer a small selection of saltwater ud83dudc21 and have a larger selection of freshwater fish ud83dudc1f. The groomers are great and do a wonderful job on my dogs ud83dudc15 nails ud83dudc85. A small selection of reptiles and birds ud83dudc26 to choose from. They keep a good stock of items and I have yet to come out not finding what I was looking for. The grooming section requires an appointment, but if not busy they have taken my dog to trim his nails. Thanks so much for allowing this. Staff are very helpful in helping you locate the things you are looking for. My daughter love to go in and look around and trying to bring home a new pet every time.

A clean, well stocked store. Have been using online ordering for the last year. Turnaround is super fast. Staff always helpful and pleasant.

Everything was great until last week when the groomer supposedly “had issues” with my pup. My puppy is a mini Yorkie and we’ve never had problems with him at the groomers. He is only a year old and he is the sweetest! He loves everyone. I had to have a family member pick him up because I was at a doctors appointment. The groomer left him a great report card. When I saw my pup, he was cut WAY too short. I got so upset because I told them how short I wanted him and they didn’t listen to me. So I called back the next day and explained what had happened and I asked for a refund because I absolutely did not like my pups cut. The manager of the grooming department told me that my dog was “so bad” and that they had to hold him down to brush him, she also said that he was biting at the brush and it would be best for my dog to go somewhere else to get groomed for my dogs safety and theirs. I was shocked at what she had just told me. Like I said, my puppy is so sweet and we have never had that problem before. I go to Petco all the time to get him groomed and this has NEVER happened before. The manager that I spoke to was so disrespectful towards me. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected.

I used to go to the Front Royal store a couple times a month, but after repeated interactions with rude staff members (myself & family members experience), I don't go here unless I have NO other choice! Also, they tend to have issues with their products--pets purchased die quickly--I bought fish, & they died in the bag before I got home, 10 minutes away! There's only one young lady who makes the store worth going to as she's always polite, helpful, & asks after your pets--she obviously takes pride in her work.
