I've left several messages for on the nurses recording for my Doctor to call me in the last two weeks haven't heard a word from them. Plus you can never reach anyone in the Sunset Dr. Culpeper VA front office to talk with. I'm trying to get them to take care of a prescription conflicting problem but no one will call me. Plus I had to drive round trip to tell them I needed my test results sent to me, they said before they could give me my copy my Doctor had to talk with me first. I feel this is a poor way to treat their patients. I like my doctor just don't like the way the office administration is.

Complete train wreck of a business. Make appt see a doctor, doctor says they are going to do A&B. A gets done. B do not. You call back 9 times, leave messages, no one calls you back, nothing gets done. Office manager calls you and asks what's going on and that she will take care of it. Yea not happening either. Been over a month still no calls and no resolution to B. As a patient I am putting in all the effort and they are not even coming close to making an effort. Going to another pulminologist this one is WAY TOO MUCH WORK on my part. Too bad I liked Dr Thomas.

I’ve been dealing with neurological issues for more then 10 years now that no one could figure out. After 4 visits to this clinic I’m closer to normal then I have been for a very long time. Highly recommend these guys if your dealing with something that you really need help with.

Unorganized! I came in 20 minutes early for an appointment and was seen an hour later than my actual appointment time. I had to flag someone and was told the doctor will be in ten mins and 30 minutes later he shows up. It's so unorganized and seems like they don't really care to help and they are there to socialize with each other.nnOh, and they fit another person in when I was supposed to be seen. How wonderful! Dr.Babar seems knowledgeable though so I guess that's the only reason I give 2 stars.

Whenever I've been in the office, they have always provided a great service and the staff is wonderful. My problem is that there have been way too many times were they have call to reschedule because of one thing or another. It's not very convenient when you have to keep requesting time off from work.
