I hired Shaun to do a home inspection. He was very responsive before and immediately after our inspection. Shaun found several defects and advised that he could perform all repairs at what was a very reasonable amount. Based on his word that amount was deducted from the total closing cost. After closing I contacted Shaun several times by email and phone to schedule the repairs. He never replied to email and he did call me back once stating he'd need to review my case and call back which he never did. At this point I'm getting no reply from Shaun. This is of course aggravating as we based our deduction on his word. He also didn't find multiple problems that I believe he should have seen. You can make up your own mind on what happened here however I do know I would not recommend Shaun's services to anyone.
Shaun Berriers and his crew excel in their workmanship. The man has integrity and stands by his work. I know this from personal experience. It's hard to find honest people that do the right thing when an issue pops up. I would highly recommend him for any problem you might have in your home.
I cannot speak highly enough of how professional Shaun and his crew are. Not only are they extremely knowledgable of all services provided but they are very quick to respond and explain everything in detail so there is no confusion. I felt very confident in my decision to use them. Also, when they arrived for my water intrusion issue they suggested and performed a repair that was 1. Better than I was hoping for and 2. Much more affordable. That spoke volumes to me as they were looking out for my best interest and not just thinking about money. I highly recommend this company for any and all contractor needs.
My mother has called him repeatedly and so have I. He tells her he will be out that weekend, never called or showed up. She called again a week later said he will be out the next day never called or showed up. Now there is mold in the Attic, because she waited on him for a month and the mold is making her sick. She called after he did not show up the last time and he did not answer the phone or return her call. She is on up in age and lives alone so much for compassion.
