Really really amazing service today! Tre and Kim did such an excellent job on my car and it was really a mess before. The quality was great and me and my husband were in and out within 20 minutes. It was very busy there and i expected it to be a bit longer so was happy to be able to get to my next errand by 2!
First time customer but definitely going back. Sad to say I hadn't vacuumed the inside of my car in a long time and these guys made it look new again! Thank you so much!
Just make sure you tell them if they miss something. The degree of attention to detail really depends on who’s working. They miss things on my car sometimes especially on the front end. Glass can sometimes get smeared due to dirty clothes, but overall, the value is there for keeping a clean car.
Line moves fairly quickly, staff is always friendly. 99% of the employees do an excellent job, there are 1 or 2 people that don't put that extra effort in but still do a decent job. I do have my favorites though that I know will leave my ride shining every time! I have the monthly plan and have had it for over a year. I live on a gravel road so I'm there all the time!!! And plan on staying a customer for a long time!
Paid $60 for the “meticulous service”. I understand that they were busy today but, the service was unacceptable. It’s bad when you come home and you have to re-vacuum and wipe everything off. One of the gentleman said he worked “20 Mins” trying to wipe off my back seat and couldn’t get it all off. When in fact he was on the phone the majority of the time. But, when I came home and sprayed water on it. It came right off. I will only be going here for the outside wash and no longer pay for any inside work
