UVA Pediatrics Culpeper

Dr. Paela is AMAZING.. The office staff is awful... and not very nice. They mess up my sons information every month, and just act like they are constantly annoyed... no customer service whatsoever. I will say Sunset Lane office girls are great .. this review is strictly for Bennett Rd. They need a class on how to not be nasty and rude!

If it weren’t for Dr. Williams being there, I wouldn’t bring my son to this practice He is the only thing still keeping us as patients here. Every time I call, I am on hold for 30+ minutes. Then when they finally answer to make an appointment they say they will call me back after speaking to a nurse and NEVER DO. I’ve had to take my son to urgent care for sick visits on multiple occasions because of this. When waiting in office to be seen, it is the same long wait as if they’ve over booked patients for the day. Very frustrating! When Dr. Williams leaves the practice so will we.

My kids have been going to Culpeper Pediatrics for the past 11 years. There's been a few negative experiences but overall we've been happy with the care they've provided.nToday my kids saw Dr Pela for the first time and she was AMAZING. She was so good with the kids and really took her time to answer all our questions.

I have always had the best experiences here! We use Doctor Connie Packowski. She is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgable and super caring. There have been times when we had to wait a little longer than expected but, that's to be expected at any doctor/dental office. I highly recommend this practice! If you can, make your appointment with Mrs Connie :)

Dont bring your children to this place!!! Terriable staffing there's no way I would ever come back to this place if you want to sit in a chair for 1.5 hrs to been seen bye a doctor you've come to the rite place !! Worse experience ever just to be rushed out once the doctor finally came In she asked 3 questions in wasnt too concerned about the well being of my child or any of my questions they did a fantastic job of doing nothing honestly !!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!
