We recently purchased a vehicle from Battlefield Toyota and it was a fantastic experience! The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. Brandon our salesman answered every question we had regarding the entire process and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. Paul was really thorough when going through the paperwork with us. He made sure everything was perfect for us and that we understood exactly what we were signing. Brandon was so helpful in choosing my new truck. He spent time making videos, prior to my appointment at the showroom, of vehicles that I was interested in. Once there, he was very knowledgeable about the features of each truck. I never felt pushed to make a decision and once I did, the process was quick!nnPaul, in finance, was clear and concise in his explanations about anything I had to sign. I knew the car I wanted to see, called ahead and made an appointment for a test drive (it was windy and freezing outside). Car was ready to drive when I got there. Loved the car! Every single person I met from the time I arrived to when I drove off in my new car was fantastic! Professional and courteous! Brandon Scott, my sales consultant, was easy to talk and laugh with. He made the process quite enjoyable! Battlefield Toyota made the car buying experience excellent. Highly recommend them.
Bought my first car with Battlefield Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier with my new RAV4. Great car, great service. Thomas Morgan was a professional, honest, patient, and helpful sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed & wanted in a car. He was nice company during the test drives as well. Emily Schuyler was an excellent financial representative. She communicated clearly and was overall wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful in helping me understand the financing, packages, and contracts. Overall, I feel that all representatives I encountered truly cared about my car buying experience and wanted to ensure the best fit for me.
