So this is my first experience with a real car dealership.nI've been to those shady 'buy here pay here' places. Oh the nightmare...nI was dreading buying a new car.nI assumed they were all the same.nnWell this was opposite from everything I've ever experienced before.nnJorge was so kind, patient, and helpful and still is still assisting me if I have a question. (7 days later)nnEveryone that we had contact with were amazing!!!!nnMary, the insurance agent..nshe was wonderful! Got us a great quote and went over and beyond for us!nIf your lucky enough to meet her, you will love her!nnIt's been a week since we've drove away with our new car.nStill in love with it. No problems so far!!!

Great dealership to work with! Worked my deal out fast and easy and went above and beyond. I lived far away and actually flew to get the car and they even picked me up from the airport i flew in to even though it was about 45 min away. Would highly recommend!

The service at Battlefield Ford was exceptional. I received a friendly greeting when I entered the service area and my service specialist was extremely knowledgable and thorough. Service was completed in less than one hour. You will be equally impressed with the spacious and well equipped waiting area. Seating is very comfortable and they have coffee, snacks and a TV available for free. This is my first time using Battlefield Ford for service since they opened the newly built dealership and I could not have been more impressed. Well done!
