Love Treasure Potts. The majority of our antique furniture comes from Treasure Potts. Charles and Margaret are always helping me every year to refine and plan different landscaping needs for my house and business. They are definitely worth the trip for furniture, gifts, and plants. If you haven't visited yet, you should put a visit on your to do list.

Usually we love this store. They have a great collections of gifts, seasonal keepsakes, beautiful plants and we love to walk through their garden. We almost always find something we cant do without. Maybe Sunday was just a bad for the staff??? At first the lady ask if we need any help, friendly as usual. Then the tone changed and we felt a little scolded. We were informed everyone buys something at the Deli, then never spends money here. We actually didn't go to the Deli. We stopped specifically to visit this store. I hate posting negative and I almost didn't. The last few times we visited (and yes made a purchase each time) we kind of felt like we were bothering the staff. My sincere hope is it was just a bad day. We don't want to give this store up, the products and its layout really are awesome, but we feel awkwardly unwelcome. Maybe we'll try another day??

A couple of weeks ago, I went with my mother to this store for the first time. They had a lovely selection of antiques, and she fell in love with a particular clock. The gentleman who owned the store refused to sell it to her, saying that it needed to have work done. She would have purchased it right then and there regardless, but he insisted on sending it to be repaired first. My mother gave him her information and anxiously awaited his call. He called her earlier this week to say it was ready, and she informed him that she would come after lunchtime today (he had called during the week, and the earliest she could make the trip was today—Saturday) to pick it up. We were devastated to find out, after the nearly two hour drive to get this clock, that he sold that very clock to someone else this morning. What is upsetting is that he told us he would hold it for her. When she told him she wouldn’t be able to come back until Saturday, he gave no indication that this would be an issue and that he would hold it for her, so I do not understand why it was even put back out on display. I was looking forward to buying several other pieces of furniture, but after this kind of service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is beautiful and looks like it could be a museum but they don’t wear a mask when they ring you up.
