The Roses store in Galax Va. has came to our rescue. They have very helpful and courteous staff, great selection, quality goods and affordable pricing. Our purchase has been a pleasant buying experience. Thanks to Todd and Isaac, Roses has gained us as happy customers. Thanks from Big C & Ma'am.

I was shopping kinda late Sunday evening at the Galax location and came across a coffee table with matching end tables that I was interested in. The sales associate Issac was very helpful and pleasant. I wasn’t in the correct car to take the furniture home so Isaac let me know that I could go ahead and purchase it and that he would back in work the next day at 10:00 so I could pick it up. When I came back to pick up the items I had changed my mind and again Isaac was very helpful. He checked for the one that I wanted to exchange for and went out of his way to go into it the overstock trailer to look for it. Isaac was very kind and helpful. He had great product knowledge and was very informative. In today’s times you don’t find many young folk so willing to go out of their way to help. Good job Galax Roses for hiring this young man. If I were still a store manager I would recruit him for my own team. Thanks again!
