The staff inside the store were extremely nice. I bought a living room set, dining room table and chairs and a smaller table for the kitchen with chairs. The delivery guys called me the morning they were delivering I asked if they would stay here and if they put the furniture together they said yes, they bought in the recliner the loveseat and the couch then they bought in the boxes for the kitchen table and dining room table and then they told me they had to leave they didn’t have time to put my stuff together. When they left they left me with a broken recliner. When we open the box to put the chair and the tables together the box was missing two table legs. The staff in the store and the manager were extremely helpful and amazing the delivery drivers that I had Were terrible. And the furniture was definitely made cheap. They did resolve the issues I had I will give them that but I won’t buy even a pillow from them now.

We bought a new recliner , couch & love seat & they all are poor quality very disappointed.
My wife and I stopped in recently and much to our pleasure and surprise discovered our salesman Jeff to be very helpful, applied no pressure and most importantly, was very genuine and likeable.nKay handled the paperwork and credit check and could not have been more courteous and efficient.nI've rarely felt better spending money. Even our delivery men, Cory and his partner were great.nTerrific prices, great selection and excellent service.
Everything was great except the help i got to load and tie down my things. They seemed like they didn't want to help and honestly didn't that much. If you are buying $1100.00 in merchandise you think since that's what gives them there paycheck also that they would try a little harder. I do love the store and the people there. Just that part i wasn't pleased with.
