I love chipotle and it still seems to be the best Mexican joint around. They are nice and kind people who let you be at ease when ordering. Still the best
Apparently the store is closed due to plumbing issues but we made an online order. I am standing at the door waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when I was acknowledged it was by an employee yelling from behind the counter that we are closed. Oh and you can't get through to them by phone, its a busy signal. I stand there and tell thrm i see the sign bu I had an order. Another employee comes to the door and says you can only order online. I told her I did for pickup. She then proceeds to get my order. How about a better sign on your door and a lot better customer service.
The steak was dry hard to chew. My husband loves but this time steak no good. First time here had problem. Last three visit was great
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Order was prepared quickly and all ingredients tasted fresh.
