Our server Preston was very attentive, while not being intrusive. He never let our drinks go empty and brought condiments with the food, bonus points for forsite. He provided great customer service. Food was great. Everything came out from the kitchen correct the first time. Will definitely be back!

It’s a Chili’s... you probably know what to expect. It’s not gonna blow you away, but as far as chain restaurants go, you could pick worse places to eat. The burgers are pretty good, and the bottomless chips and salsa are a good way to fill up for cheap. The service can be pretty slow at this location, at least in my experience, but other than that, there’s nothing really noteworthy about it.

We use to make this a weekly place to eat before covid... Now perhaps twice a month. Always an enjoyable experience. Dining area is always clean and neat. Service is excellent. Food is always good and special requests are handled well. Prices are good and we generally enjoy the 3/$10 specials. Chips & salsa is always a treat.

Not sure if we happen to patron two of Chili’s worst restaurants or if all Chili’s are the same. Showed up to the Culpeper restaurant and checked in with the hostesses who both looked at us and then proceeded to engage in their conversation and walked away leaving us to guess. So we decided to leave after realizing they weren’t going to acknowledge us. Saw us leave and did not even try to address what could have been a misunderstanding. I swore I’d never go to Chili’s again for having experienced this at a Chili’s in Florida but decided to give it a shot. But at least they’re consistent in their service and lack thereof. I guess we are not of their taste.

I ordered food via take out this evening and the customer service was great, but that was about it. By the time I made the 15 minute drive home, I had realized I had been given The wrong order. I was very upset, and hungry and did not feel like driving all the way back to town. So I settled with the COLD food I was given. Very disappointed and upset with this Chili’s, as this is one of the last good places to eat in Culpeper. I expect better...
